Aces Fry Guy was created in loving memory of my son, Ace, and my mom Georgia.
Ace loved chicken tenders, bold flavors, and making people smile. His joy and spirit are at the heart of everything we do. My mom's Southern style cooking and love for bringing people together inspired the recipes we serve today.
With all of the years' experience I have from being in the kitchen and watching my mom, every dish - from crispy chicken to every recipe with my own little twist - is made with care, love, and purpose.
